Yes! I am interested in being a Discover Groups Leader or Host in the upcoming Discover Groups Semester!
True life change and spiritual growth happens best in the context of authentic, life-giving relationships and meaningful heart connections. Through Discover Groups, the church becomes more than a weekly meeting; it becomes who we are.
What is a Discover Groups Leader?
A Discover Groups Leader is the point person for the group, they prepare in advance and facilitate the group discussion/activity.
Requirements for being a Discover Groups Leader:
Commitment to the Bible as the inspired and infallible Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior followed by water baptism.
Aggrement with the statements of faith and overall vision of First Family Church.
Be a member of First Family Church.
Active within the church and church activities.
Faithful in tithing to First Family Church. (Malachi 3:10; 2 Corinthians 9:6-15)
What is a Discover Groups Host?
A Discover Groups Host is anyone with available space and a willingness to allow a Discover Group to meet at their home!
